I, Smt Tepnbala Jana w/o Bomkesh Jana (PPO No. 3999) Vill po- Sasati, PS-Shyampur, Dist- Howrah, according to the Affidavit in the court of Ld. Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Alipur, dated 28.01.2014 I known as Smt. Chanchala Jana from Tepnbala Jana.

PUBLIC NOTICEBe it known to General Public that my father Late Dr. Zainal Abedin who died intestate on 10.10.2013 at Malda Nursing Home West Bengal, was the original owner of a 3 storied building situated on a leased plot BE-364, Sector I, Salt Lake City, Kolkata-64. I, Mrs. Dina jasmine Ghani, a Non Resident Indian, and currently a person of Indian Origin and an American Citizen, together with my two brothers and our mother, we are the only legal heirs of Late Dr. Zainal Abedin who have our undivided common shares in the said building as well as other known/unknown properties of my late father in Kolkata and at village Shimuldanga(Dist. Uttar Dinajpur).Through some reliable sources in June 2014, I came to know that without any formal consents from other concerned remaining legal heirs; by an impugned Deed of Heba (Deed of Gift) my younger brother Mr. Hossain Sahid Abedin is claiming the sole-ownership of the said property. The legal validity of the said Deed of Heba is under process of being challenged by me in appropriate court of law and in pursuance of which, needed legal notices to all concerned have already been issued.Hence notice is hereby given that no person/s should do any legal transaction in respect of said 3 storied building or any such property/ies of my late father without prior formal consent of the undersigned Mrs. Dina Jasmine Ghani as one of the legal heirs. If any person/s doing the same may doing so at his/her/their own risk/consequences and for that I will not be held liable/responsible.
